“The Making of a Paracosm”–released in October of 2020–showcased Kasbo’s unwavering determination amidst his struggle with severe hearing loss, and received critical acclaim from Dancing Astronaut, This Song Is Sick and EDM Identity, who lauded the work’s ”effervescent instrumentals and potent lyrical narratives.” Kasbo was awarded with the prestigious P3 Guld Award in Sweden for 'Dance Album Of The Year’ in late 2020.
With a hugely impressive 420.9M+ combined streams and whopping 500K Shazams across his catalogue, Kasbo (aka Carl Garsbo) is the 26-year-old electronic producer and songwriter who has become a dominant force in the global electronic music scene. The Gothenburg-based artist has received acclaim from the likes of Billboard (featured in Dance Ones To Watch), The FADER, Dancing Astronaut, Stereogum, Pilerats, Nest HQ, Complex, High Snobiety, NYLON and FLAUNT. He has performed at a number of internationally renowned festivals in the past, including Coachella, Splendour In The Grass, Electric Forest Festival, Firefly Festival and more, also selling out major North American venues on his first-ever headline tour. In 2019 he toured with ODESZA on their run and capped off with a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado.
